Daniela Boo

Die argentinische Künstlerin Daniela Boo portraitiert mit ihrer Kunst Fahrzeuge und  das urbane Leben in der Großstadt.

 

1968 in Buenos Aires geboren, lebt und studiert sie als mehrfache Stipendiatin und Trägerin diverser Auszeichnungen bildene Kunst und Design.

Stationen ihres Studiums sind Chicago, San Francisco, Cincinnati, New York, Buenos Aires und 1988 dr Woodcock Taipei University in China.

Seit dem stellt sie als internationale Künstlerin regelmäßig in den USA, Argentinien und Europa aus.

 

Zu Ihrem kreativen Spektrum zählen neben ihren abstrakten Malereien ebenso die künstlerische und individuelle Gestaltung von Autoteilen, insbesondere Motorhauben.

In Zusammenarbeit mit diversen namenhaften Automobilherstellern, wie Pagani, Porsche, Ferrari und Lamborghini entstanden verschiedene Kunstarbeiten auf Sportwagen im Rahmen von Ausstellungen als auch als Auftragsarbeiten.

 

Ebenso wie Boos Werke in Kooperation mit Automobilherstellern, bedienen sich  auch ihre Gemälde einer großen Farbpalette.

 

Die Gemälde Daniela Boos weisen das urbane Tempo und die daraus resultierende Einsamkeit  auf. Anhand von Farbe und Formen, bringt sie Lebendigkeit, Vielfalt, so wie das Gefühl des Verlangens nach Kommunikation in die von ihr portraitierten grauen Momente der städtischen Umgebung zurück.

Der Fokus in Boos Gemälden liegt auf Individuen in Alltagssituationen und Portraits einer Großstadt. Verkehr und Menschen die einsam in einem  Ubahnwagon sitzen, aus Bahnen und Bussen ein- und aussteigen, auf Taxen warten. Einsamkeit trifft auf Wärme, Tristesse auf Musik, die Stille der Momente auf die Dynamik der Muster und Farbvielfalt.

 

Zuletzt stellt Daniela Boo 2017 in Zusammenarbeit mit der berliner Art Gallery Z ihre urbanen Bilder im Rahmen der Ausstellung „ The Space Between People“ aus. Das Profil der Galerie umfasst zeitgenössiche und abstarkte Kunst. 2016 von Ayten Bozbay gegründet, vertritt die Galerie unter dem Motto „Kunst verbindet“ sowohl etablierte, als auch junge, deutsche und internationale Künstler.

In 1968 Daniela Boo was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

 

From a young age Daniela studied classical dance and music, enrolling, aged nine, at the National Conservatory of Music Lopez Buchardo (IUNA.) At age 13 she began her visual arts educuation at the School of Arts ‘Fernando Fader‘. 

Daniela traveled to the United States at the age of 17 for her final year at high school and proceeded to win several awards and scholarships to well-known Art Colleges there, including the Pratt Union Institute, NYC.

Returning to Argentina, Daniela studied graphic design at the University of Buenos Aires UBA. Aged 20 she won another scholarship, this time in China, to attend study seminars at the Woodcock Taipei University.

 

From 1998 to 2010 Daniela exhibited consistantly around the world (including Holland, Sweden, Spain, Miami and Chicago.)

 

2011 marked her collaboration with the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, Germany, a unique exhibition of luxury sportcars painted by Daniela and other artists.
